Our Regional Managers monitor performance and standards, so if there’s anything in need of change or if a problem arises, we have the flexibility to respond quickly to any new instructions. The assigned Account Manager will arrange to undertake a quality audit with the client either monthly, quarterly or at a frequency that suits the client.
Our Customer Care will also include calling you by telephone every 2/3 months to ensure you are both satisfied with our service and that your Account Manager is looking after your requirements.
